Cherise Robinson and Larita Hodges — Harmony Makers’ co-founders — lead with a clear, child-centred vision: to make creativity a safe, joyful, and equitable part of every child’s development.

Their leadership blends big-picture strategy with hands-on program development — setting standards for high-quality workshops, nurturing partnerships with schools and community groups, and ensuring each initiative is rooted in respect, inclusion, and play.

They prioritize measurable impact, thoughtful evaluation, and continual learning so the organization can grow responsively alongside the children and families it serves.
